Investor Relation Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investors and analysts.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Communicate key financial and strategic information to investors and analysts.
- Support the preparation of regulatory filings, such as annual reports and proxy statements.
- Build and maintain relationships with the investment community, including institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and rating agencies.
- Assist with investor outreach activities, including investor conferences, roadshows, and investor days.
- Provide feedback to senior management on investor perceptions and concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or related roles.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
- proven track record of building relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SEC regulations and reporting requirements.
- Experience working in a publicly traded company is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
