Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Manager- Investor Relations (IR) is responsible for leading the development and execution of a strategic investor relations program to communicate the company's financial performance, strategy, and vision to the investment community, enhancing shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive IR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Provide counsel to senior management on investor relations and market trends.
  3. Foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Investor Communication:

  1. Oversee quarterly earnings releases, annual reports, and other financial disclosures.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC, stock exchange rules).
  3. Develop and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, and other materials.

Investor Engagement:

  1. Organize investor conferences, roadshows, and other events.
  2. Coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and site visits.
  3. Monitor and analyze investor sentiment, feedback, and market trends.

Team Management:

  1. Lead and develop a team of IR professionals.
  2. Provide guidance on IR best practices, regulatory compliance, and market trends.
  3. Manage IR budget and resources.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  1. Collaborate with senior management, finance, and communications teams.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts.
  3. Engage with institutional investors, individual investors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, or related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in Investor Relations, finance, or communications.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial markets, regulatory requirements, and IR best practices.
  4. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  5. Professional certifications (e.g., CIR, NIRI) desirable.

  1. Financial modeling and analysis.
  2. Investor database management.
  3. Social media and digital communication.
  4. Crisis communications and issues management.
  5. Industry-specific knowledge
