Position: Investor Relations Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and communications.

Assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies.

Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistency in messaging and disclosures.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in investor relations, with a focus on corporate IR (excluding equity desk experience).

Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance principles.

Experience in mergers & acquisitions comprises approximately 30% of total experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
