Responsibilities & Duties:
Principle responsibility of candidate for Business Development. It includes the following tasks:
- Lead generation: Targeting commercial real estate industry which includes real estate
consultants, international property consultants (IPC), developers-builders.
- Targeting top level management responsible for company's expansion. Admin &
Operation managers who play an important role in shortlisting of properties (Commercial
office premises).
- Expert in online lead generation.
- Initiating dialogue by calling, taking up appointment and giving profile presentation
- Doing follow-ups at regular intervals via calls, messages, emails etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
- Knowledge in the field of Interior designing (Corporate offices)
- Good command in English, Hindi, Marathi languages.
- Well versed with MS Office
- Payments will be a combination of Monthly remuneration and incentive plan
Experience

5 Lac To 6 Lac P.A.
