We're Hiring: Business Development Head – Sheet Metal & Advanced Manufacturing
Are you a market leader with proven expertise in sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, hydroforming, and robotic welding? Do you have a strong network with OEMs like Hyundai, Mahindra, Tata, and Tier-1 suppliers? We want you to lead our growth journey
What You'll Do:
Drive business growth by building and nurturing key customer relationships.
Identify market opportunities and convert them into profitable business.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements.
Lead negotiations, quotations, and deal closures while ensuring profitability.
Represent the company at industry events and enhance our market reputation.
Who We're Looking For:
10–15 years in business development in automotive / sheet metal / fabrication industries.
Proven track record with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
Strong technical understanding of laser cutting, hydroforming, and robotic welding.
Strategic thinker, target-driven, and an excellent communicator.
