1.Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.
  • Identify emerging technologies and market trends to expand service offerings.
    • Define and manage go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales enablement.
  • Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with technology vendors, system integrators, and clients.

  • P&L Management

  • Full ownership of the division's P&L, including revenue, cost optimization, and profitability.
    • Establish annual business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.

  • Drive operational efficiencies and monitor key financial metrics (gross margin, EBIDTA, etc.).

  • Business Development & Client Management

  • Build and manage key client relationships at CXO level.

  • Lead large enterprise deals from prospecting to closure.
  • Oversee account mining and upselling of IT services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and client presentations.

  • Delivery Excellence & Operations

  • Oversee delivery of IT projects and services with high quality and adherence to timelines.
    • Ensure alignment of project execution with customer requirements and SLAs.

  • Implement strong governance, performance metrics, and risk management frameworks.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Leadership & Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams across sales, delivery, and support.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • Identify skill gaps and drive continuous learning and capability development.

  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Present regular business performance reports to top management.

Job Description:

The Business Head – IT Services will be responsible for leading and growing the IT Services business vertical, including strategic planning, business development, delivery excellence, client relationship management, and overall profitability. The role requires a visionary leader who can align technology capabilities with business objectives, drive revenue growth, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent service quality. This position carries full Profit & Loss (P&L) ownership of the IT Services divisionRequired Skills:Maintaining Consultants Relation,presentation skills
