We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive from the interiors background to handle client interactions, ensure smooth project execution, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for clients.
- Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and project managers.
- Track project progress and share timely updates.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues proactively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in interiors/client servicing.
- Strong communication & language skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
