We are looking for an energetic and smart Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing software company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients in the software and IT services domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable software solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in software/IT).
- Excellent English communication – written and verbal.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication to collaborate with global teams.
