Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and client outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and explain company services to prospects.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and marketing) to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
