
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, research, and client outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and explain company services to prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and marketing) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
