Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time, remote contract basis. Your role will be to reach out to leads, engage in meaningful conversations, and book qualified appointments for our coaches and sales team. This role is perfect for college students or young professionals looking for flexible work alongside studies or a job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

  • Follow pre-designed scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Ensure all appointments are accurately tracked and updated.

  • Respect deadlines and maintain consistency in daily communication goals.

  • Provide clear, polite, and professional responses to inquiries.

Requirements

  • Age: 20–27 years.

  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

  • Ability to read and deliver scripts with confidence and natural flow.

  • Intelligent, adaptable, and self-driven.

  • Amicable and comfortable talking to people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Reliable with time commitments (2–3 hours daily, split between morning & evening).

  • Consistent and deadline-oriented.

Work Hours & Compensation

  • Commitment: 2–3 hours/day, divided between morning and evening.

  • Compensation: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000/month (depending on skill & performance).

  • Contract: 3 months initially.

  • Growth Path: High-performing setters can transition into a Sales Representative role after 3 months, with a salary hike and expanded responsibilities.
