We are seeking an experienced **Customer Support & Appointment Setter** to join our team and support our UK clients. This role involves handling inbound and outbound communication, resolving customer queries, and conducting **cold calling** to generate leads and fix appointments with potential clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make **outbound cold calls** to potential clients, introducing company services.
- Schedule and confirm **appointments/meetings** for the sales team.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalations effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, client processes, and delivery/shipping workflows.
- Log and track all customer interactions and calls with accuracy.
- Achieve defined KPIs including response time, resolution rate, call targets, appointment conversion, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **4 years of customer support / telecalling experience** (B2B/B2C).
- Excellent **spoken and written English** with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
- Proven experience in **cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting**.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Prior experience in **Delivery, Courier, or Shipping industry** is preferred (Not Mandatory).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM, calling tools, or support platforms.
- Comfortable working **UK business hours** (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST).
- Must have a **personal laptop/PC with** reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote working.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
