Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Appointment Setter** to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales or service teams. Your excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and customer-focused approach will contribute to our team's success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound Inquiry Management**: Handle incoming inquiries and schedule appointments for interested prospects.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Book and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate details are recorded in the CRM system.
- **Client Engagement**: Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs and communicate the value of our services.
- **Follow-Ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture interest and re-schedule missed appointments if necessary.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update client records in the CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- **Attributes**:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
