**About the Role**:
We are hiring a dynamic and proactive Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Appointment Setter to support our client in the construction industry. This role involves identifying potential leads, building relationships, and scheduling appointments to drive sales opportunities.

**Bold Business** is a US-based leading global business processing outsourcing firm with over 25 years experience and $7B+ in client engagements. We enable small and publicly traded businesses to scale by providing global outsourcing talent services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Sales experience is required; experience in the construction industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work 20 flexible hours per week.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
