Channel Sales Manager (IT Networking / data cabling)
Number of Vacancy: 2 nos.
Location: 1 for Mumbai & 1 for Pune
Job Description
- Bring new partners on board and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the companys products.
- Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
- Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ partners and the engineering team.
- Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
- Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts.
- Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
- Manage funnels. forecast. and seize sales opportunities.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate/ MBA (Marketing)
Additional Information
- 5+ years of experience in IT Hardware/Networking Industry preferred.
- Able to use laptop, excel, word, power point and mail comfortably.
- Good in lead generation, mapping the key customer accounts,
- Able to provide quality leadership to a small team of sales people
- Strong communication
- In-depth knowledge of the industry
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines of the target/ budget with good margin of bottom line.
- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations and work.
- Excellent time management and able to cover the territory to create brand presence in different segments of the customers.
- Ready to travel as per job requirements.
