Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Hipla is Indias leading smart office solutions provider, trusted by top enterprises.

We are expanding our channel-led sales and are looking for a dynamic Channel

Sales Manager with proven expertise in selling SaaS products to enterprises.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partner Ownership: Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage resellers,

distributors, and system integrators across India to grow revenue.

  • Sales Execution: Drive partner-led opportunities and co-sell with

Hipla's direct sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales

targets.

  • GTM Enablement: Execute partner GTM plans—run enablement

workshops, product trainings, joint sales calls, and local marketing

campaigns to accelerate conversions.

  • Deal Management: Manage complete deal cycles via CRM—qualify

opportunities, support negotiations, close contracts, and ensure timely

delivery.

  • Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews with

partners, define KPIs, and implement incentive programs or corrective

actions to maximize partner performance.

  • Market Intelligence: Share competitive insights, partner feedback, and

channel requirements with Hipla's product and marketing teams to refine

positioning, offerings, and pricing.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1.5+ years of experience in channel/partner sales or distributor

management within Enterprise SaaS, IT software/hardware, or B2B

tech sales experience.

  • Proven success in selling through channel partners and

meeting/exceeding revenue targets via indirect channels. Direct SaaS sales

is also valid if proven records available

  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and partner enablement

skills with experience in joint sales engagements.

  • Willingness for travel across India for partner and customer engagements.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting).
  • Excellent English communication skills; Hindi/regional languages are a

plus.

  • Must be able to recover salary cost after the first 3 months through successful

sales execution.
