Senior Global Visa Consultant – B2B

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and consult B2B clients (corporates, agencies, universities) on international visa requirements and immigration policies.
  • Provide expert guidance on work, business, and dependent visa processes for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen zone, etc.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring high service satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle escalations, complex cases, and custom mobility solutions.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of junior visa consultants (if applicable).
  • Stay updated with global immigration laws, compliance changes, and visa policy updates.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, legal advisors, and government bodies as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and client onboarding teams to understand and deliver on client requirements.
  • Prepare and review visa documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in visa processing efficiency and client servicing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in global visa consulting, with a strong B2B focus.
  • Excellent understanding of global visa processes and immigration systems.
  • Proven experience working with corporate or institutional clients across multiple geographies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and visa cases simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of compliance and process adherence.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
