Key Responsibilities

● Customer Support & Query Handling: Assist B2B clients with travel-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses regarding bookings, changes, or cancellations.

● Product Knowledge: Maintain updated knowledge of company products, portals, services, and ongoing promotions.

● Booking & Reservations: Handle end-to-end booking processes for flights, hotels, holiday packages, rail, cabs, and travel insurance with accuracy and efficiency.

● Backend Operations: Manage itineraries, PNRs, documentation, and vendor coordination.

● Compliance Handling: Ensure adherence to company guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

● Team Coordination: Collaborate with ticketing, accounts, and customer service teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.

● Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational challenges and booking-related issues promptly.

● System Updates: Maintain accurate records in the travel management system.

● Process Improvements: Suggest enhancements to workflows, booking efficiency, and service delivery.

Qualifications

● Graduate or Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or a related field.

● 0–1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry (experience in hotel/holiday/rail/cab bookings is an advantage).

● Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.

● Strong communication, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of travel backend operations and compliance.

● Freshers with relevant educational backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
