Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tour Consultant located in Ernakulam. The Tour Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing guided tours, providing exceptional customer service, and offering expert travel consulting. The role involves communicating with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, and curating travel solutions that meet their expectations. Daily tasks include creating itineraries, booking accommodations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Ernakulam
