Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Tour Consultant (Sales) to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them design perfect travel experiences that meet their preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Understand client needs and design ideal travel solutions and packages.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
  • Stay updated with destination knowledge, travel trends, and market offerings.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and travel planning.
  • Customer-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Prior experience in travel sales or tour operations is an added advantage.
