Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and client-focused Senior Global Visa Consultant – B2C to manage end-to-end visa consulting services for individual clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of visa processes for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and the Schengen area, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle in-depth client consultations to understand goals and recommend the right visa pathways.
  • Manage the complete visa application lifecycle: eligibility assessment, document collection, application filing, interview prep, and post-approval guidance.
  • Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, policy changes, and visa updates.
  • Assist clients in preparing accurate documentation to ensure compliance and reduce the risk of refusals.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide status updates and handle any concerns.
  • Maintain detailed case files and documentation records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, documentation, legal) to ensure a smooth process.
  • Handle escalated or complex cases with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C visa consulting.
  • Strong understanding of international visa categories and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong documentation handling.
  • Client-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
