General Manager – Hotel RS Grand

Location: Padao ,Mughalsarai

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Hotel RS Grand is looking for an experienced and customer-focused General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and lead all departments efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a passion for delivering high-quality hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).
  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle escalated issues.
  • Monitor occupancy, revenue, budgeting, and overall hotel performance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff across all departments.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and corporate clients.
  • Implement cost-control measures and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in hotel operations, including managerial roles.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel software (PMS) and basic computer skills.
