Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Varanasi. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial performance, managing company budgets, and providing strategic recommendations for cost optimization and business growth. The Finance Manager will also supervise accounting operations, collaborate with different departments, and implement best practices in financial management.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk management, and cost control
  • Experience in using financial software and tools
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate across departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
  • Prior experience in managing finances for training or educational organizations is an advantage
