Role Description

They will also analyze financial performance, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide strategic insights for financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations, and risk management practices
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in financial management software and tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CFA is a plus)
  • Previous experience in financial management or related roles is preferred
