We are seeking a talented and dynamic Administration Manager to join our team. If you have a strong background in Tally, MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel, along with excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written), we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all administrative functions within the company, including office management and administrative support, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Utilize Tally for accurate accounting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain all office supplies and equipment, making sure everything is in working order.
  • Assist with the organization of meetings, conferences, and events, coordinating logistics and providing support as needed.
  • Handle all correspondence and communication, both internally and externally, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support senior management with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
