Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager - Broking located in Varanasi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, offering brokerage services across various asset classes, and providing financial advisory. The role includes engaging with clients to understand their financial goals, executing trades, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also be responsible for staying updated with market trends and advising clients accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Financial Advisory skills
  • Knowledge of Equity, Commodity, and Currency Brokerage
  • Ability to execute trades and manage client portfolios
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of market trends and financial products
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Varanasi
