Role Description
The Sales Manager (Beverages and FMCG) will oversee daily sales operations, manage key client relationships, and strategize to achieve revenue and growth targets. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and mentoring sales teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in lead generation, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships
- Team Management and Leadership skills to mentor and guide sales teams effectively
- Market Research and Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in the Beverages and FMCG sectors
- Proficiency in Negotiation and Communication for building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with Beverages and FMCG markets, including an understanding of consumer behavior
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
