Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Varanasi. The Finance Manager will oversee and manage the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Key responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, developing financial strategies, liaising with auditors, and providing insights for strategic decision-making. The Finance Manager will also supervise the accounting team and ensure that the organization's financial practices align with statutory regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Bookkeeping, and Financial Reporting
  • Proficiency in Tax Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
  • Experience with Financial Systems, Auditing Processes, and Risk Management
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CA are a strong advantage
  • Ability to work on-site in Varanasi
