Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Varanasi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with banking standards, managing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency. The individual will coordinate between teams, monitor key performance indicators, implement process improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves staff training and development to maintain a high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills, including attention to detail and process optimization
  • Experience in team coordination, leadership, and performance monitoring to ensure efficient operation
  • Proficiency in compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal team interactions and customer engagement
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying operational improvements and implementing solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred
