Key Responsibilities:

• Goal-priented professional with over 15 to 20 years of experience in Site Execution, Strategic Planning, Construction Management and Project Management (Residential, Commercial Building, High Rise Buildings).
• • Expertise entails project execution, monitoring progress, reviewing contracts, quantity survey, variation of works, structural and interior finishing works & verification of contractors monthly payment certificates.
• • Knowledge of various latest engineering & cost evaluation techniques and tools which can be applied to produce cost-effective solutions for the organizations.
• • Experienced in liaising & coordinating with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, Contract & Materials Purchase Cells and other external agencies
• • Expertise in structures, buildings & understanding of various safety methods; proven capabilities in coordinating/ leading variety of people and projects
• • Hands-on experience in managing entire construction project life-cycle right from development to delivery encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination, resource planning and documentation
• • An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities

• Finalizing requirements & specifications in consultation with clients as well as managing project scheduling; including financial, material & manpower planning
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination for site management activities
• Quantity survey including writing of measurement books and billing, Quality Control works which includes lab and site tests for cement, concrete (RCC, DLC and PQC), steel and other construction materials, and preparing checklists for pre-concreting use
• Networking with Architects, R.C.C/ Service/ Acoustic Consultant, Government authorities and so on to ascertain technical specifications
• Mapping the requirements for the material needed for the sites by liaising with the QC / QA Departments.
• Assisting in the preparation of performance measures, logging and tracking work requests and completing tasks & representing the schedule meetings to coordinate the schedule with the subcontractors.
• Coordinating, tracking & reviewing project schedule, construction submittals, approvals, procurements.
• Planning, scheduling, conducting coordination meetings with project teams for documentation of issues and actions pertaining to construction schedule.
• Representing the Construction Division at schedule meetings with clients/customers to review the project milestones and addressing the project bottlenecks, financial parameters, Quality management and safety.
• Fixing deadlines and target program of work for all projects and directing the executing team to finish the project in time & troubleshooting the all over problems with deployment of suitable manpower, equipment and materials.Role & responsibilities
