Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Varanasi for a Manager - Operations. The Manager - Operations will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness within the facility. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with various departments, developing and implementing operational policies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective communication with team members and patients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Operations Management, Project Management, and Process Improvement
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Conflict Resolution skills
  • Knowledge in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, and Safety Regulations
  • Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using relevant software tools
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Varanasi
