Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager based in Varanasi. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will oversee the acquisition, development, and retention of client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, offering tailored financial services and products, identifying investment opportunities, and resolving client inquiries. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, provide strategic financial advice, and work closely with internal teams to meet business objectives and client goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, networking, and resolving customer queries
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, derivatives, and portfolio management
  • Analytical and market research skills for identifying trends and advising clients on investment opportunities
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet client and organizational targets
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Educational background in Finance, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualifications would be advantageous
  • Prior experience in the financial services or stock broking industry is beneficial
