Job Description- Lead Generation Specialist
Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 1+ years (preferably)
Key Responsibilities:
• Research & create new leads and identify potential clients in market to target the
qualify leads.
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Inside Sales
• Conduct research on different industries and companies to build targeted lists of
potential clients.
• Experience with CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
• Should have a deep understanding of Software Development Services, SaaS,
Software products/ services, their features, and benefits.
• Initiate email and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and generate interest in
our software development services.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and technological
advancements
•Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, & C-level executives to
understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and keep them
engaged in the sales process.
Skills Required:
• 1+ years of experience in IT services sales.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and
influence with stakeholders.
• Should have strong knowledge of technology industry, market dynamics, and
opportunities
• Highly self- motivated and driven to achieve targets.
