Hiring : Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Noida, India (EST hours)
Department: Sales Support
Key Responsibilities
- Organize validated IT contact lists from the internal prospecting team.
- Coordinate with marketing to align outreach campaigns and messaging.
- Personalize outreach emails and call scripts using client tech stack insights.
- Execute multi-channel communication: email, voicemail, LinkedIn, and meeting invites.
- Log all activity and next steps in JobDiva to ensure progress transparency.
- Follow up with warm leads to secure meetings and deepen relationships.
- Collaborate with the US-based Client Engagement Manager to progress high-value opportunities.
- Adapt quickly and stay responsive in a fast-paced outreach environment.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in sales outreach, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in IT staffing/services).
- Excellent verbal & written communication and strong personalization skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., JobDiva) and platforms like LinkedIn.
- Multitasking, documentation discipline, and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to tailor outreach for different contacts/regions.
- Self-driven, results-focused, and eager to learn.
