Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Lead Generation Specialist
located in Noida. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential leads via
Linkedin and other bidding platforms
, conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities, maintaining communication with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. The candidate will also be responsible for developing strategies to generate high-quality leads and nurturing them through the pipeline to conversion.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in lead generation processes and creating strategies for acquiring new leads
  • Strong skills in conducting market research and identifying potential opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in sales and the ability to contribute to achieving revenue objectives
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in IT solutions, software development, or a related industry is an advantage
