Role & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Understand client issues and provide solutions effectively and professionally.
  • Build a positive relationship with customers and guide them through product features.
  • Learn and implement techniques for upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings.
  • Keep accurate records of all conversations and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical escalations or custom requests.

Who Can Apply:

  • Fresher to 1 year of experience in any customer-facing role (internship included)
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.
  • Good understanding of SaaS or tech products is a plus (Mandatory).
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
