Role & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and ensure high satisfaction.
- Understand client issues and provide solutions effectively and professionally.
- Build a positive relationship with customers and guide them through product features.
- Learn and implement techniques for upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings.
- Keep accurate records of all conversations and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical escalations or custom requests.
Who Can Apply:
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in any customer-facing role (internship included)
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written) is a must.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving.
- Good understanding of SaaS or tech products is a plus (Mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
