We are seeking a Customer Success (BA-QA) Specialist to ensure high-quality project delivery through effective requirement analysis, quality assurance, and customer interaction, while adhering to data security standards.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and documentation
  • Expertise in quality assurance processes and testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle helpdesk support
  • Experience with UAT processes and user feedback collection
  • Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record in a Customer Success, Business Analysis, or QA role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
