Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends to inform strategy. The role involves preparing business proposals, presenting to prospective clients, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies with business goals. Attendance to industry events and networking activities to build brand awareness and generate leads is also required.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market analysis
- In-depth knowledge of the plastic and thermoplastic processing industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other teams
- Proficiency in preparing business proposals and strategic planning
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or export industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required
