International Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile International Business Development Officer to lead our global expansion across diversified product categories including Hair Care, Hair Oils, Hair Treatments, Hair Coloring, Bakhoor & Agarbatti, Henna Paste, Perfumes & Attar, Derma, and Skincare under our brand ).
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new international markets, developing product portfolios, managing global clients, and driving business growth through distributors, importers, and agents. This role demands strong expertise in product development, packaging design coordination, and international business negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish new business opportunities in international markets across multiple product categories.
- Collaborate with the R&D and design teams on product development, packaging, and branding for global requirements.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, importers, agents, and international clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and pricing strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure smooth communication with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export regulations.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B meetings.
- Contribute to marketing plans, product launches, and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility abroad.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development, preferably in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance sectors.
- Strong understanding of export markets, product positioning, and branding across regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle end-to-end business processes — from product concept to client acquisition.
- Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions and business meetings.
