Position Overview The Key Account Executive – Sales & Project will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the sales process for landscaping and interior greenery projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Softscape, Hardscape, Interior Landscaping, and Plant Rental services.
Engage with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, corporate facility teams, and consultants to generate leads.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable landscaping or interior green solutions.
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project plans.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate project handovers and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility. Job Description For Key Account Executive – Sales & Project
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel. Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, interior landscaping, horticulture, or construction-related industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Understanding of landscape design concepts, plants, materials, and maintenance requirements (training can be provided).
Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Number of new clients acquired and retained.
Conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed projects.
Client satisfaction and project success rate.
Growth in market presence and brand recognition.
