Position Overview The Key Account Executive – Sales & Project will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the sales process for landscaping and interior greenery projects. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for lead generation, proposal development, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in Softscape, Hardscape, Interior Landscaping, and Plant Rental services.

 Engage with architects, builders, developers, interior designers, corporate facility teams, and consultants to generate leads.

 Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable landscaping or interior green solutions.

 Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project plans.

 Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

 Coordinate project handovers and ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

 Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities.

 Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility. Job Description For Key Account Executive – Sales & Project

 Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools or Excel. Required Qualifications & Skills

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.

 Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, interior landscaping, horticulture, or construction-related industries.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.  Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

 Understanding of landscape design concepts, plants, materials, and maintenance requirements (training can be provided).

 Strong client relationship management and networking skills.

 Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is an added advantage.

 Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Achievement of sales and revenue targets.

 Number of new clients acquired and retained.

 Conversion rate from inquiries to confirmed projects.

 Client satisfaction and project success rate.

 Growth in market presence and brand recognition.
