**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong **relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers**.
- Achieve and exceed **sales targets and revenue goals** for assigned accounts.
- Identify **new business opportunities** to expand product reach and market share.
- Negotiate and execute **trade agreements, pricing, and promotions** with key accounts.
- Monitor **sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities** to adjust strategies.
- Ensure timely **order fulfillment, stock availability, and smooth supply chain coordination**.
- Work closely with the **marketing team** to drive brand visibility and in-store promotions.
- Prepare and present **sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis** to senior management.
- Handle **customer complaints, queries, and requests**, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Sales, Marketing**, or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in FMCG sales, preferably in a **key account management role**.
- Strong **negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills**.
- Experience managing **modern trade, general trade, and retail key accounts**.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding **sales targets**.
- Ability to analyze **sales data, market trends, and customer preferences**.
- Proficiency in **CRM software and sales analytics tools**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and competitive environment**.
- Willingness to **travel for client meetings and business development**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with **major retail chains, supermarkets, and distributors**.

Strong understanding of **FMCG distribution networks and supply chain processes**.

Pay: ₹10,383.19 - ₹31,652.31 per month
