resourceful, motivated, and growth-driven Business Development Executives
(both experienced professionals and freshers) to help us expand into global IT markets and strengthen client relationships.
For Experienced Professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT services and solutions.
- Handle
international client communication
via email, chat, audio/video calls, Skype, and other channels. - Write compelling
proposals, bids, and documentation
for platforms such as
Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot CRM, and other lead-generation tools
. - Generate, nurture, and convert leads for services like
Web Development, PHP, ASP.NET, Python, Mobile Apps, CMS, AI/ML, and Cloud solutions
. - Prepare
effort estimations, project proposals, and quotations
for clients. - Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain strong
client relationships
through effective communication and account management. - Explore
up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
with existing clients. - Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify growth opportunities.
Expected Qualities & Skills:
- Proven experience in
IT sales, proposal writing, and client acquisition
. - Strong expertise in
international communication and presentation skills
. - Hands-on knowledge of
HubSpot CRM, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
,
Craigslist
and related tools. - Excellent
analytical, negotiation, and time-management
abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with
flexibility in work schedules
.
Requirements:
- Degree in
B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc (IT), Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
. - Strong interest in
business development, IT sales, and client engagement
. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Good
problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
. - Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
