About the Role

We are seeking a proactive
Business Development Manager
to drive new business opportunities and grow our sales pipeline. This role will focus on
managing and engaging leads from LinkedIn and email
, building automation workflows to scale outreach, and
directly communicating with prospects
to move them toward qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and nurture leads from
    LinkedIn and email campaigns
    .
  • Engage directly with leads
    via calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Build and optimize
    automation workflows
    for outreach, nurturing, and follow-up.
  • Qualify prospects and
    set up sales meetings or demos
    for the senior sales team.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on
    sales and automation tools
    to continually improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in
    business development, sales, or lead generation
    (B2B preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRMs
    .
  • Skilled in
    direct communication with prospects
    (calls, LinkedIn, email).
  • Experience with
    automation platforms
    (HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with
    cold calling and outbound prospecting
    .
  • Experience in a
    startup or fast-paced environment
    .
  • Knowledge of
    AI-driven sales tools
