About the Role: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our saas product. The role demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a solid understanding of digital marketing services, especially LinkedIn and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn, events, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and onboard for LinkedIn automation service
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, digital marketing concepts, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Go-high level, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales, or client acquisition.
