Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and energetic Office Attendant to ensure the smooth running of our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable handling both administrative filing and external errands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File Management: Organize, file, and retrieve office documents to ensure a structured record-keeping system.
  • Banking & Logistics: Frequently visit the bank for deposits and other transactions. Handle the dispatch and collection of postals and couriers.
  • Office Upkeep: Maintain the general cleanliness and hygiene of the office space, including waste management and ensuring a tidy work environment.
  • Caretaking: Care for office plants and assist with general housekeeping duties (including daily trash disposal) to ensure a clean workspace.
  • Errands: Purchase office supplies and perform other outside errands as requested by management.
  • General Support: Assist staff with other day-to-day operational tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Candidates in mid-40s age are preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,500.00 per month
