Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
  • Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Support in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and address staff queries professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in performance evaluations and training coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department and management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software tools.
  • Positive attitude, confidentiality, and a team-oriented approach.
