About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR & Performance Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive organizational productivity, with a special focus on enhancing the performance of our sales team. This on-site role in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, calls for a strategic professional who can align HR practices with business goals while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage performance management frameworks to boost sales productivity and achieve business targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Handle full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exits.
  • Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, labor laws) and assist in audits.
  • Oversee HRMS processes such as attendance, payroll, and documentation.
  • Partner with sales managers to identify performance gaps and execute improvement strategies.
  • Organize training and development programs to strengthen team performance and morale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, including at least 1 year in performance management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRMS platforms, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Candidates must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
  • Knowledge of Kerala labor laws and local HR practices is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
