About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR & Performance manager to join our growing team in Irumbuppalam, Kollam. The ideal candidate will take ownership of key HR functions—ranging from recruitment and employee engagement to performance monitoring and compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to workforce growth, productivity, and organizational success, especially within our dynamic sales division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Drive performance management initiatives—set KPIs, monitor progress, and support teams to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee data, payroll inputs, attendance, and statutory documentation through HRMS tools.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist management with HR analytics and reports for decision-making and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (experience in performance management preferred).
  • Good understanding of statutory compliance and HRMS systems.
  • Proficient in Excel and data reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
  • Familiarity with Kerala labor laws is an added advantage.
