Google strategist

Neo Digital is an AI-powered marketing agency helping Ayurveda hospitals, wellness resorts, tourism companies, and health brands get more leads, bookings, and revenue using digital marketing.

We're looking for a Google Ads & SEO Specialist who can manage and scale campaigns, improve rankings, and work closely with our team in Kollam. This is a hybrid role – you'll work from the office for strategy, execution, and collaboration, with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

• Plan, set up, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
• Do keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Write and test high-converting ad copies and extensions.
• Monitor campaigns daily – optimize bids, budgets, conversions, and ROAS.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM links.
• Work on lead generation & eCommerce campaigns (where applicable).

SEO

• Perform on-page SEO: meta tags, headings, internal links, schema, etc.
• Conduct technical SEO audits: site speed, crawl, indexation, Core Web Vitals.
• Do keyword research and clustering for Ayurveda, tourism, wellness niches.
• Coordinate content plans for blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
• Manage off-page SEO: backlinks, listings, outreach, citations.
• Improve local SEO & Google Business Profile rankings for clients.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Build weekly and monthly performance reports (GA4 / Looker Studio).
• Identify growth opportunities and issues proactively.
• Work closely with founder, designers, content writers & media buyers.
• Attend strategy meetings in Kollam office.

Required Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience with Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, GA4, GSC, GTM, and any one SEO tool (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Ubersuggest etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance.
• Good English writing skills (for ad copy & SEO briefs).
• Strong ownership, accountability, and time management.

Bonus (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)

• Experience in Ayurveda, tourism, hospitality or wellness clients.
• Worked with GHL (HighLevel) or any CRM/automation tool.
• Basic Canva/design skills.

• Experience building landing pages (WordPress / Shopify / Webflow).

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skill & experience).
