Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical Manager - Strategy cum Executive Assistant to the CEO to support in driving key strategic initiatives, business reviews, and operational excellence across the organization.
The role involves business analysis, project tracking, coordination with functional heads, and assisting the CEO in decision-making, ensuring effective execution of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Business Support:
- Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive business strategies and monitor progress of key initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis, feasibility studies, and performance tracking of ongoing projects.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for management and investor reviews.
- Support in annual business planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to provide insights for business growth and expansion.
Operational & Project Coordination:
- Track progress of residential and commercial projects, identifying potential risks or delays.
- Liaise with Project, Sales, Finance, and Design teams to consolidate updates for CEO review.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of management decisions and action items.
- Assist in setting up project performance metrics (KPIs) and periodic review mechanisms.
- Drive operational improvements and process optimization across departments.
Executive Support & Communication:
- Manage CEOs meetings, correspondence, and strategic documentation.
- Draft internal communications, MOMs, and policy notes on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as a key interface between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or related field preferred.
- 8 - 13 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative professional in the Real Estate / Retail / Hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communication.
