About the Role:
Varmora Plastech Private Limited is seeking a driven and results-oriented professional from the plastic homeware industry to lead business operations across the North and East zones. The ideal candidate will have experience in scaling up distribution networks, driving market growth, and operating with strong self-initiative and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, distribution, and business development for North and East India
- Identify new opportunities to expand market presence and channel reach
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume and brand visibility
- Track performance metrics and ensure consistent growth in assigned territories
Desired Profile:
- 8–10 years minimum of experience in the plastic homeware or allied industries
- Proven record of business scaling and regional expansion
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, analytical, and strategic
- Based in or open to relocation to North/East India
